Welcome to Elegant Reflections Beauty Bar 💛 **Please take your time to read thoroughly before booking** ✨After booking your desired time and day, all appointments required an $15 NON REFUNDABLE deposit that will go towards your service. My booking site does have a 2.5% fee when paying your deposit. ✨Your remaining balance will be due at the end of your service. (Apple Pay, Cash or Cash App). ✨After booking your appointment you will get a text and email confirmation from me that will include your appointment details, location of service will also be provided in the confirmation email. ✨It’s very important that you read the confirmation letter so that you are aware of the instructions upon arrival such as hygiene care, payment options and directions. ✨**PLEASE NO EXTRA PEOPLE/KIDS (let this be your time to relax). ✨ I will allow a 10 minute grace period, after that there will be a $15 late fee. At 15 minutes, I will not be able to service you, therefore your appointment will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

If you’re needing to cancel your appointment please do so within 48 hours within your appointment time. No call/No shows = no rebooking. I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with the same deposit.
